Peach, that made me laugh out loud. Unfortunately, I don't think that'll happen, but this show has taught me not to assume anything...

I did think Tony deserved the silent clock-tick, though.

Wow so much death in a span of 2 episodes, at this rate they aren't gonna have many character's left!

Please let just Chloe and Jack live and I'll be ok, depressed, but ok...

but why are they killing off the characters I like? Why can't they kill off Pres Logan? or Audrey?

and what's with the Mandy wannabe (the female terrorist)...

It's been awhile since I watched the end of season 4 and can't quite remember what happened to Mandy I know she was supposed to get immunity, but I can't remember what happened after that...is she still out there? because I'd love for her to come back...

Haha, static, when I first saw the girl get out of bed I was like "oh my god is that Mandy?!!?!?!" I got all excited, but sadly, it wasn't.

I'd love to see her come back - she's always been one of my favorites. Pretty sure she's still out there, wreaking havoc in one way or another.

So what's the deal with Kim? Is she done now? If so, what was the use? She contributed nothing during her 47 minutes at CTU. Will we see more of her and Ponyboy? (editorial: C. Thomas Howell has not aged well).

Glad to know I wasn't the only one to think of Mandy when new chick came on the scene, I would love to have Mandy back, she was the best! She was one villian you loved to hate and even loved to love haha.

And yeah Kim seemed to have no purpose other then to tell Jack to f--- off basically which broke his heart, poor dear. Hmm maybe she was there to show that you can't be around Kim or people will die, trouble does seem to follow her. Hmm if Kim wasn't there you think the gas would've been relased? lol

and I love when Jack told Ponyboy to get Kim out of LA, because that has worked soooo well in the past (season 2 anyone?)

I love that we can just refer to him as Ponyboy.

I think Kim's overall purpose is to show the softer side of Jack. I'm gonna assume that we haven't seen the last of her. Remember, Henderson knows Kim well. Maybe he'll do something to her.

OOOH that's right i forgot about Henderson being close to Kim. Maybe he'll go to her and KIMnap her, because there hasn't been a KIMnap this season...

and I like the name Ponyboy, umm can anyone remember his real name (character wise?) Therapist dude? Jerk? Ponyboy? that's all i remember lol

Barry? I think that's his name. I loved when he told everyone to breathe & Chloe was like "nu uh bitch"...well not exactly, but I just love her. Kim is also a stupid stupid girl, I don't like her at all. I feel like Barry is an enemy, or with the Russians, because as of right now I don't see the point of him being on the show, and there's a reason for everything.

I was dying inside when Tony died. I think the reason they didn't put the beeps is because last episode it was a huge shock, the first time this season one of the main characters died (besides for the first episode when we really weren't exposed to them for too long). We were already attached to Edgar. This episode there was a lot of dying before Tony so it wasn't as emotional? I don't know I can't explain it. Edgar dying was a shock, Tony dying was a shock but more upsetting.

Just a funny story, we had a lockdown in my school today (no on allowed out or in) because there was a bank-robber on the loose and no one knew if he was armed. Well when my principal came on the loudspeaker and said we had to lock all the doors and shut the blinds everyone in my class was like "It's syntox gas! It's going to eat away the seals!" etc. etc. It was very funny for all of the 24-watchers, which is basically half the class.

is it Monday yet? Even though I won't get to watch it because I'll be at a show or a gig or something haha...ah the joys of being in NYC...but i'm gonna have to wait til tuesday at the earliest to see it it's gonna be torture!!!

As to "what was Kim's purpose"?

No, she didn't do much, but how could they NOT bring her back for at least a couple episodes. Then all you would hear is "how could Jack not see his daughter again?" I thought they did it nicely. She didn't get herself in any trouble (the way that she always did, and everyone complained about).

And who knows if that was really it for her? The day isn't over yet...

Audrey - Shocker! I wonder if it's true, or a twist within a twist. My mouth was agape for about five minutes after that reveal!

I though perhaps Wayne Palmer was "involved" with some illegal business somehow, but now I wonder if he's an informant - and the prez and/or the vice prez are the ones up to no good? I think the prez isn't savvy enough, but that vice prez - I don't trust him!

Sidenote - was the German foreign advisor guy (the one who sold out Collette) - was that Desmond from LOST? Guess that explains what happened to Desmond (for those of you who also watch LOST).

Did Collette get any info from him? OR, is he just tailing her and she wasn't after anything from him?

In regards to next week's scenes, is it just me or would you be a little turned on if Jack had you up against the wall? If I were Audrey I would be like "You...me...lets go, then you can interigate me all you want."

I'd be rather shocked if Audrey has any ties to the terrorists, as she was even working behind Lynn's back to stop them. I don't like her, so I wouldn't mind if she were to be killed off. The previews scared the sh*t out of me, with Jack CHOKING her while questioning her. Wow.

OK another great episode. I'm sure Jack's not dead, but I like that they didn't show him in any previews for next week. Hang on, Jack!

And I'm actually a little disappointed that Audrey was innocent. At least it would give her character a little life. But the interrogation scenes were great.

And what was with that new analyst? She helps them figure out with gas distribution company, which was a major help, but then turns out to be a complete kook.

And once again, Aaron kicks ass! He's one of my favorite characters.

did anyone else turn their head in horror during the Jack/Audrey kiss i couldn't watch for fear that my dinner would not stay down.

Don't know what to think of new analyst girl, she seems interesting that's for sure.

Love Chloe so much though for standing up for her. I just love Chloe in general.

Can't wait for next week, i'm sure Jack will make it out alive and relatively unscathed, but the intensity of this show still keeps you on the edge of your seat.

I watched both last weeks (was in NYC seeing Cary Shields at the cutting room instead of watching 24) and this weeks last night and was also shocked at the whole Audrey being a terrorist, i really wish she had been.

Great eps.

Don't think anyone ever really answered Peach's Desmond / Theo question ... Yes, the same actor (Henry Ian Cusick) played Desmond on LOST and German agent Theo Stoller on 24.
