I paid $4.09/gallon for silver grade at a BP in Chicago this morning. We will see $5.00 soon.

i'm always so surprised when people fall for the "grades" of gasoline. it all comes from the same tank.

oh, and i actually paid $2.99 the other day. i pumped it myself but the average around where i work is around $3.25 so it was a bargain!

It was $ 1,02 in 2001. Sad, the milk gallon is almost 4 bucks! Insane.

It's $3.59 in this part of Indiana. Two days ago one of the stations ran a two hour special for $2.29 per gallon and you couldn't even drive down that part of town because it was so crowded with people waiting to fill up.

Robbo, there's really no difference in the grades of gasoline?

brdlwyr, I would have done the same thing. I remember the days of having to decide whether I should buy gas or eat lunch because I was so broke.
