I loved Behind the Music! That and that MTV Diary "you think you know" show were my favorite shows on MTV and VH1 at the time. I even remember the TLC Behind the Music where Left-Eye explained why they were famous and broke.

I was a VH-1 Behind The Music junkie. I also love me some Diva Christmas Carol. That's a good one to watch for the holidays...it's so friggin' hilarious.

Full disclosure: After watching part of Six by Sondheim last night and seeing Dean sing Being Alive, I Googled Dean Jones to see if he actually is still alive.

So, technically, Google was akin to poking with a stick.

The Diva Christmas Carol also has John Taylor from Duran Duran as Ghost of Christmas Present
