Oh my God, Bobby. I hope you're okay. That is incredibly crazy. I can't believe the idiotic bus driver didn't do anything to help you and keep you safe.

Posted: 7/5/08 at 6:23pmI'd call the Bus Company. Report the driver. He is responsible for the passengers safety and it sounds to me he just did not want to be bothered. Its sucks the guy got away but I would pin the blame on the driver 100%. Go to his boss. Tell him the date and time the incident occurred. I would file a police report just the same and I would not wait. I would do it ASAP. If you want to make trouble, show this guy's superiors that you have a police report. Documented evidence makes these types nervous because they smell lawsuit. I would strike the fear of God into the driver and his boss over this. Remind both the driver and his boss that THEY ARE LUCKY it was not serious. Make damn sure something like this never happens again. SO many of the times they just are not trained properly. I would really push this just so it does not happen again. Good Luck!

Bobby I hope you got that cop's number in case you need to "follow up." Ever since Jennifer Anniston scored a hot cop in "Object of my Affections" that way I've dreamed of that happening.
