Oh God no! I HATE prison rape jokes. Or non-jokes as seen on the various Laws & Order. I'm just still not over the Ben Carson 'prison makes you gay' insanity that happened not so long ago.
Honestly, I don't actually care if he's gay. And I know I just posted the whole 'hahahahahah' thing, but, if I'm being honest, I find that kind of existence, if it's true, so terribly sad. I read something not too long ago (and cannot remember where or what it was) about how the closet makes you do stupid, reckless things because of duplicity involved and the energy it takes to keep up the charade. Is this the case here? I don't know.
The only thing I find genuinely funny in this whole mess is the fact that the design firm that did his wildly off 'Downton' office is called Euro Trash.

I know exactly where Aaron is coming from. My hometown and my church (I mean the denomination, not just my hometown church) was just FILTHY with repressed homosexuals going out of their way to make sure everyone knew how super Christian they were.
I got many a beej in the Sunday School room while everyone was in the main chapel, let me tell you...and at least two of those boys still live in my hometown, still live their repressed life, and god only knows how sad they are and what they go through to convince everyone they're "straight."

It's the almost last word!
It stuns me when people (gay and straight) are surprised that there is a whole network of people who will cover for closeted because they think it's 'bad form' to expose these kinds of stories. No...this isn't about how he dresses. This isn't about following Tom Daley on Instagram (well...not only about that). Good lord, if you work in the theater in NYC for one year, you know who sucks off whom and then goes about their life 'straight.' DC is far, far worse.

Lester Holt just informed us the Feds are after him. As if we didn't see this coming. I think the Megan McCain POV is actually quite pertinent. Worth pondering. What the hell do young Republicans -- I don't know any -- think about such shenanigans? Such blatant thievery and inherent lack of integrity?
