It's on AMC right now... I am so psyched (see my icon)
Wednesday and Pugsley are going into the "Harmony Hut"...
I can't wait to hear Debbie say "MAL-I-BU Barbie" when explaining how her parents mistreated her.
LOL

This was my favorite movie in 1994. The whole thing is just hilariously written. How I mourned when my Addams Family love parade was rained upon by the death of Raul Julia that same year!
The best scene is the one where the camp misfits stage a riot against all the blonde burbies. Joan Cusack was a real find, too.
I loved that movie when I was a kid. I haven;t watched it in years!
Truly one of the best film sequels of all time. Second only to Grease 2.
Gomez: He has my father's eyes.
Morticia: Gomez, take those out of his mouth.
I was so obsessed with this movie when I was in Middle School. I need to buy it on DVD.
LOVE this movie. I didn't know a sequel could be this much better than the original!
I love Grease 2 for the same reasons!!!
I, of course, love Merrily to death as well!
Nice to have a fellow flop fan
p.s. i also love bat boy! But then, who doesn't?
I first saw this movie when I was 9, had the video, and watched it constantly until I was about 12. I went back and watched it 2 years ago and was shocked at the amount of jokes that went over my head.
Gomez: I have seen the unholy maggots which feast in the dark recesses of the human soul!
Morticia: They're at camp.
It is those kind of lines that make me LOVE this movie!
Pugsley: Our parents are having a baby too.
Wednesday: They had sex.

I love Anjelica Huston's delivery of Morticia's lines.

Morticia: You have gone too far. You have married Fester, you have destroyed his spirit, you have taken him from us. All that I could forgive. But Debbie... pastels?

This is one rare dark comedy that gets the tone just right. The original was another one.
My favorite line: "Guess what they got me? MALIBU Barbie! That's not what I wanted. That's not who I was. I was a ballerina: Graceful, delicate! That had to go...".
Good stuff.
Amanda: Why are you dressed like somebody died?
Wednesday: Wait.
Morticia and Wednesday just totally made this movie for me with all their little responses... hehe
Nobody's mentioned Wednesday's best line when they do the lifesaving exercise.
Annoying Girl: I'll be the victim!
Wednesday: All your life.

Omigosh, Beaverhausen! That is so cool.
(I just had a mental image of Karen Walker and Morticia Addams meeting. Would that be a scream or what!)

One of my favorite movies ever!!
Debbie: These Addams men, where do you find them?
Morticia: It has to be damp.
Harriet Harris is also in the movie, but has a very small part. She is the mother of the snobby girl, Amanda, and she gets pied in the face or something. I always find it interesting when I come across Broadway actors/actresses in movies.
Don't forget Christine Baranski & Charles Busch are in this movie too!
and all that FABULOUS music by.....whatsizname
Don't think so, I think he left with all those others.
