Actually his book illustrated to me that he is just mad enough to take risks and he suffered many set backs in his career. He never sugar coated the fact that he often wasn't well-liked and made a lot of bad decisions. However, his creativity got him places. Also, he seems to be a very hard worker-traveling a lot for work in the early years and sacrificing his personal life. Yes, he tended to put more energy into work projects that he was interested in, but who doesn't do that?

Well if you're all watching his after show right now we've learned Andy Cohen is circumcised...not surprised. He's got Meredith Vierra and Jesse Tyler Ferguson and they are a riot.
