Any chance of Into the Woods tour starring movie cast?

Now that Into the Woods is a smash movie, a tour of the original stage show (in case you didn't know it was originally a stage show) starring the movie cast seems like a no-brainer. Would they be able to afford a big orchestra, though? How many cities does a tour have to be to make money?

They could call the tour INTO THE WOODS LIVE. At the end of the tour it could come to Broad Way and collect a million Tonies.

You can tell watching the movie that the cast was more like a family so they would totally love to do a tour and be together doing this material they clearly adore. When could it start? It should be by summer to cash in on the movie's huge success after it wins so many Oscars. How many Oscars is the minimum to spawn a big successful tour?

I think five Oscars is the minimum for a big tour, but if they win a couple of Golden Globes I bet they could send out a non-eq one.

I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

I think Meryl is probably Eq. Don't know about the rest of the cast of the movie, but if they can't get everybody there is no point in doing this tour and I don't know why they would bother.

Is Meryl did it as an Equity guest artist, maybe she could get a Special Oscar for the tour. Or another Kennedy Center Honor or something.
