Any impersonaters on this board?

Because I can do a lot of impressions and as soon as I record them, I'll upload them.
I can do:
Jimmy Durante
Greta Garbo
Mae West
John Cleese
Eric Idle
Kristin Chenoweth
Fanny Brice
Groucho Marx
Homer Simpson
Bugs Bunny
Rocko (of Rocko's Modern Life)
Ethel Merman
Elvis Presley
The Beatles
Mickey Mouse
SpongeBob SquarePants
Austin Powers
Al Jolson
Bing Crosby
Snagglepuss

To name a few...

re: Any impressionists on this board?

I once wrote a string quartet that sounded *remarkably* like Debussy, so I suppose yes, yes I am an Impressionist re: Any impressionists on this board?
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

When I was younger I could do Merman, Mae West, and an impeccable Julie Andrews.

I can't do Ms. Andrews justice anymore - my voice matured in another direction entirely.

re: Any impressionists on this board?

I do, but only annoying voices, like the gingerbread man from Shrek, the three little pigs from shrek, Uder from the Simpsons, Audrey II, Gollum, Dobby etc.

I ROCK at that kind of voice, but I'm not very good at most other imitations...

(unless it's accent. I'm very good at accents...)

re: Any impressionists on this board?

i do a drop dead holly hunter and a good jodie foster. i used to do mary tyler moore until everyone else thought they could do mary, and then it was just overdone badly. also, a friend of mine once did a film with rosie perez and HATED working with her. i used to call my buds machine and talk like rosie to scare the crap out of her. if i can think of nay more i'll post them. oh, and i do amanda plummer in various roles. i'd rathr do semi-obscure people.
i totally do gollum! but it creeps out my partner so i've been BANNED from even saying the word "precious" at home. sniff sniff.

re: Any impersonators on this board?

I do a pretty fierce Whitney Houston, my Mariah Carey is pretty respectable, and I can Cartman like mad. (Ask Undi, it's her favorite!)

I also, very rarely, impersonate a human being with a soul.
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

I particularly enjoy singing showtunes in his voice. You haven't lived until you've heard Cartman sing "Defying Gravity". Walking down 9th Avenue. With Undi. Post-theatre.

Oh and Elphaba, animals DO count.

I have been known to crow in public, and have people run around looking for the rooster.

(I only do that when I'm drunk or evil)

Paljoey,

From Dodsworth? Or from another of her stellar movies? I love that woman. No matter what the movie she was in...she stole the picture. Didn't she teach acting as well as act?

I totally forgot that I do a drop-dead Cartman - probably because when it happens, it's completely involuntary - just happens.
