I'm old but I feel younger now than I did in my 30's. I think it has to do with raising children!

We have many friends in their early 40's with toddlers, I do not know how they do it! Tweens are tough, but at least there are no diapers!

No, that's what I meant. I feel younger now because I'm no longer raising children because they are all grown now and I have my life back. Now I can still worry about them but I enjoy being with them.

Just thought of something about kids and sleepovers. My kids still do sleepovers but they're a different kind of sleep over if you know what I mean. Most of the time I would just as well not know about them but I'm also glad they talk to me about those things. See, Brdlwyer, what you have to look forward to in the future. (Laugh or Cry)

I've definately reached the point whereby that well known phrase and saying "if i only knew then what i know now" passes my thought processes all too often...

What about the responsibility that goes with the aging? Kept quiet about that one didn't they: - )

I'm nearly 36. When I was a kid, I thought 20 was ancient. However, I tend to appreciate my life more with each birthday past. Being older (and having kids) is definitely no walk in the park, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.
