Anyone know of a new MacBook/iPhone being released...

anytime soon?

Just curious. I'm looking to buy an iPhone in the next few weeks or months and if there are any plans to release a new iPhone with upgraded features, obviously, I'd rather hold off. Somebody said that there is supposed to be a new Macbook (or atleast I know Leopard will be) around November...

Can anyone tell me more about this? Thanks!

Parks the new OS comes out this Friday. As for a new Macbook, there are rumors of a November (possibly mid-November) release. The last update was back in May, so it is possible, but not a sure thing.
Sorry don't know about the iphone.

While a new iPhone with different features than the new one is unlikely anytime soon, many will tell you a 16GB version of the current model is almost a given, considering the new storage capacity of the similar iPod touch. Also doubtful since they are just now allowing 3rd Party applications to be developed for the current model.

Although I will say, a 3G version of this darn phone is SORELY needed.

OK, so I had a thread a while ago asking you all to convince me to buy a Macbook, but I think it got deleted.

I was looking at the Sunday ads this morning, and I've been noticing a LOT of cheap laptops--with up to 3GB of memory and 250 GB for under 600 dollars.

What makes Macs so special? Are their processors and software really worth it? I know they updated their processors and they've upgraded the hard drives a little bit. Is it worth it to buy a Macbook?

Also, any rumors on new iPhones?
