I was sure based on Trump's line of questioning and criticism of Alla that she'd be canned and was surprised when it was Phylicia. But I nearly jumped out of my seat when the Donald kicked Alla to the curb too.
Bravo..... I couldn't be happier that she's gone because I think that while she may be "tough" - she has little to no business ethics nor creativity that would warrant her a good candidate.

"Alla, sit down." You knew it was coming - and well deserved. Randel deserves to win - calm, cool and smart.
Yup, I'm pushing for Randel to win this.
Getting back to my initial thoughts - I am just glad that after witnessing Alla's PLAN to railroad Phylicia, it completely backfired to the extreme - and that everyone in the boardroom made a point to compliment Phylicia's integtrity and support of a team member regardless of winning or losing the task and criticized Alla for being cold.
Alla completely lacked compassion. I swear all of her similes sounded like they came out of Dostoevsky or Tsaetava ("We are going to descend upon Toral like vultures. There will be nothing left of Toral!"). So nefarious, she seems to have been created for film like Omarossa. Wonder if she'll pursue her fifteen extra minutes of fame too?
When Donald Trump said "Alla, SIT DOWN" I applauded. And how great was Alla looking like she was about to cry after she got fired and her quivering voice during the cabterview? Just minutes earlier: "I look down on people who are depressed." "Felicia was so upset and I laughed." Yeah, joke's on her. For once I'm confident that someone was not edited to appear to be a villain.
What was up with Trump's schpiel about the value of family? And his use of himself as an example? *rolls eyes*
