The oversize sunglasses really make the outfit. They make her facial features seem so petite by reference, especially nose and lips.

I know it's not the dress itself. But look how the slight off-kilter gives her a little vulnerability, almost like she's a child playing dress-up in her mother's clothes, as with the oversize glasses.

I think we should take up a collection, buy the dress, get an exact copy made, donate the original to the Smithsonian and give the copy to Addy. That dress (or a reasonable facsimile of it) needs to be hanging in Addy's closet.
