I wanted to hear all the fighting after he said it but they went to Julie. I'm glad Rachel won..this should get interesting.
Luscious - from what I'm reading, he knew he was going anyway, so why not go with a bang. That, of course, doesn't excuse his poor use of the information he had earlier in the week!

If I were Andrew and knew I was going, I would have done the same thing, but earlier, and expose the TOOL BRIGADE as well. He had nothing to lose. He really thought by giving that speech that he would SHOCK everyone into keeping him? He had no idea how to play the game... totally clueless. Love Ragan's remarke, " I vote to institutionalize and evict Andrew." LMAO! Also, I couldn't hear the whole arguement, but it seems RACHEL and KRISTEN were going at it....Rachel saying something to the effect that Kristen made up her mind for her and she will put Kristen and Hayden on the block! This is finally getting good!
So, the bad gameplay continues to flourish this season!
Andrew...what can I say? Perhaps if you wanted to call people out on their lies/crap, do it as you are going out the door, not during your "hope you vote for me" speech! Ugh! I still dont think it was as dumb as his "I'm coming after you, but save me" speech at the POV ceremony.
Rachel, dear you were perched to be the only person playing the game to have a bit of a clue, but calling whatsername out immediately after you won HOH was just idiotic. Keep it to yourself. You have the power...you just gave some of it away you dolt!
Best line so far this season goes now to Regan with his vote. Glad he made it on the episode eventually.
So, I'm deciding to be content with watching a bunch of people play this game very badly...at least everyone is almost on the same playing field. Imagine what a good player would do with these morons!
I thought this was very funny:

Just be careful, there are spoilers on that site, but not in the article.
Okay, last night was a nice little jolt of Red Bull in a rather Chamomile Tea season thus far. Andrew's speech was stupid and desperate, but SOOOOOO entertaining. I think he knew he was going home and it was a last-ditch effort, but as Julie pointed out in an awesomely snarky manner, why didn't he use his knowledge of the secret goings-on in the house to his advantage during the week instead of looking like a huge untrustworthy tattle-tale snitch right before everyone votes?!?! Bad strategy for Andrew, but fun for us to watch! Which leads me to episode highlight #1: Britney and Rachel's reaction in the Diary Room hallway during the voting. HEE!! And that shrill little cat fight with Kristen? How fun was that? Not only were we reminded that Kristen lives in the house, but that she can also be a loud stanky bitchface.
Matt's wife. I...um...wow. I can only say, they seem so perfect for each other. Eye for an eye...tooth for a...AAACK!
I concur on the Ragan quote. Hilarious! And watching the choices being made for contestants during the HOH competition was particularly interesting, especially after Andrew shed a bit of light on some of the house guests. Which leads me to episode highlight #2: Rachel choosing the contestants after winning a round against Brendon...
Julie: "Rachel, please pick the next two contestants."
Rachel: (distractedly) "...oh, yeah...um...HAYDEN AND KRISTEN!!"
I nearly sneezed Coke Zero on my new coffee table. And watching Rachel suddenly realize she was winning round after round created a rather surprisingly exciting air of suspense. When she finally won and the Tool Brigade ONCE AGAIN had their worst fears realized, I was a bit light-headed from the rather unexpectedness of the season getting somewhat fun. Now, if only Kathy, Britney and Ragan would join forces with Rachel and Brendon, we could actually have a show here, people!
Ha - we were commenting on Matt's wife's dental work as well.
Rachel was worried about this week because if one of them went out they would be split up -- one out of the game entirely and one stuck in the jury house for the next seven weeks. This way, if one of them goes out, they can at least see each other in the jury house when the other inevitably goes out.
Or at least that's her way of thinking.
The Brigade of course is worried, but the target is definitely Kristen this week. The question is, if Hayden and Kristen get put up and one gets vetoed, who becomes the replacement? Enzo?
Mister Matt and Calvin, thanks for explaining the "backdooring" concept. Doesn't seem to have worked very well so far this season. . .
Now, if only Kathy, Britney and Ragan would join forces with Rachel and Brendon, we could actually have a show here, people!
Yes, yes, Yes!! Of course, we now have the saboteur twist to deal with again. It would be great if America chose someone in the Tool Brigade just to watch him possibly destroy it. But I think they will choose Kathy because she needs the money.

Thanks MisterMatt for your alway hilarious take on the house. The REAL REASON WHY MATT NEEDS THE MONEY: His Wife's Dental Work!
Brit's already moving over toward Ra-don (Rachel/Brendon). She and Rach have become very chatty on the live feeds.
I think America's vote will be for Ragan.
I was thinking of voting for Britney only because I think she'd be really good at the saboteur thing.
And I almost forgot! When the Tool Brigade were sharing their brain cell in the HOH room (sort of like the blind witches sharing the eyeball in Clash of the Titans), Matt was talking about how they need to keep Andrew around and get rid of Kathy. My partner and I looked at each other with a big "WTF?" I mean, if they suspected Andrew of partnering with Rachel and Brendon, why were they even entertaining the idea of keeping him around instead of Kathy, who seems to be doing...nothing. Oh yeah, because Matt's such a genius. I think the Mensa thing is about as real as his wife's bone disease. And his teeth. Are those caps or do you think he had them filed? I hate filed teeth. NOBODY'S teeth are all the same length in perfect alignment at the bottom. It looks so creepy. Make the teeth twice as big, remove the upper lip, and spike your hair super high only in the front and he can play the villain in the next Batman film reboot.
Last night, what a MESS! Where do they get these people? Will Rachel put up Kristen/Hayden? I hope so, but this season nothing seems to take the logical path.
As for the new "Sab", can they still win the whole show or just be the Sab? Who to choose someone who can pull it off or totally screw it up? Thoughts?
I did vote for Kathy as the Saboteur. I think she really does need the money and I don't believe she has a real shot at winning.
I think that's the best way to vote -- someone who can't really win this thing, because if they're discovered, they're toast.
I just don't think Kathy has the ability to pull off being saboteur. I voted for Ragan -- I think he could pull it off, but his lack of a real alliance (and his likability) is going to make it nearly impossible for him to get to the final two.

I wish there could be a follow-on show after the BB season ends that just follows Brendan and Rachel and the mess that ensues when he drops her like a hot potato. That chick is CRAZY. I think she has talked smack to every single outgoing houseguest about how they are trying to get between her and her man.
No way Brendan keeps her around for more than 5 minutes outside the show. And when he drops her, she is going to go bat$%@@ crazy on him. Fatal Attraction style.
Pretty much HATE Matt, dumbest genius ever. Pretty dumb to think anyone would actually keep in the game cause they feel sorry for him. I'll refrain from saying anything untoward about his wife. I do feel sorry for her. For the obvious reasons.

I agree with the opinions that RACHEL is just a HOT CRAZY MESS and hopefully Brendon will come to his senses once he is outside the house. His biggest mistake was hooking up with her in the first place and if he wanted it to happen, they should have kept it a secret. I feel Rachel sealed their fate by going after Kristen the way she did. The house wanted them {HER} out, but now, more then ever. Hey Rach, the target on your back isn't big enough? Sad, but so far, I am not rooting for anyone.
I don't know if I can even keep watching this...between all the screaming and the stupidity, I'm not sure I can keep subjecting myself to this IQ dropping show.
I'm not so sure that Brandon is such a 'prize' that he will come to his senses. His job is a hs swim coach. THAT isn't a full time job...or even a year round job. It's seasonal at best. (although I have no idea the 'season' of a swim team) Of course, he very well may find himself out of a job after this. It's terribly easy to get rid of a 'coach'. A contract is renewed each and every year.
He's actually got a PhD in Biomedical Physics and works in the field. He's a swim coach on the side. He's lying about his career just like everybody else this season.
If the Brigade ever gets their **** together and actually comes into power, I see them keeping Rachel until the final 4. Girl may be CRAZY but she wins competitions and distracts the household.
Oh. I didn't know that. Now I feel silly. I didn't watch the very begining of the season...were they TOLD to hide it, or are they all just doing it as gameplay?
Gameplay. But, Brendon's secret is out. Andrew's (Doctor) wasn't and neither is Ragan's (PhD/Professor).
That was interesting! Rachel is nuts, but so is Kristen. Maybe Hayden (unlikely) will get the boot, so this crazy mess can continue. I do kinda feel sorry for Brendon...
I really don't feel sorry for Brendon at all. He dove into that relationship and as a result, he has to deal with it. Luckily, we get the payoff, which is a spike in the entertainment value of this season. Rachel and Kristen are both acting like 13 year-old girls who were just granted their first Facebook accounts, but I still like Rachel. She is definitely digging her own grave and there did seem to be some attempts to tone it down, but Kristen's lying (and lying about not lying) and sour demeanor didn't make it easy for Rachel to keep it together. She needs to dial it down and get off the little HOH power trip for the rest of the week. I could easily be friends with Rachel, but I doubt I would ever get along with Kristen. She's got some evil vibe that really bothers me. I liked her better when we didn't know she was there.
Britney reminds me so much of Corky Sherwood from Murphy Brown. I just start calling her Corky at home now. She makes me laugh so much. You know Corky, She's the Sheriff and Ragan have to be enjoying the warfare immensely. If it keeps up, it's almost like having immunity for the week.
Rachel needs to stop yelling in the diary room. It's driving me crazy. Why is there always one HG every season that yells all their diary room interviews?
After Dark -- Rachel and Brendon are having a HUGE fight. She got drunk and was rambling on about Vegas. He got sick of hearing about it, she took it badly - and they sound like they're breaking up. I don't know how the hell that is going to work, but it's actually pretty intense...
