There is a river, the Chatahoochee infact OH COUNTRY song ALAN JACKSON "Way Down Yonder on the Chatahoochee" someone MUST at least try it.
Alabama being close is not a good thing. There are some plain flat country areas around, they are full of rednecks and klansmen, so I never went there. I lived in Alabama for 8 years, there is nothing "Beautiful" about it.
