Seriously, don't they have (and it might not be orange) a glowy blob on TV that follows the puck (much like the lines they insert on the screen for a 1st down, etc. for football)??? I know it's been a while since hockey was on TV, but someone tell me I'm not crazy!

They did have "Puck track" on fox it was a blue line showing where the puck had been, and it did glow orange at least on my TV.

I'm excited hockey is finally coming back, I want to hit a Rangers game!

Patronus, the Braves have been scaring me since the reason for so many of the losses has been the Rookies coming down to earth. I'm afraid the pitchers have caught up to them, and we are in big trouble.

"My guy" is predicting a Yanks/Cardinals series.
but I don't think he is right.

I'm sad to not be going to the last home game tomorrow (dammit ASU, why did you have to pick tomorrow to close???), but hopefully I'll be at a few playoff games.

smartpenguin, you're a Rangers fan? Thank GOD! There are actually hockey fans in New York! Kindly convince Mabel to skip her $5 Piazza night and spend 6x as much for Rangers nosebleeds instead! ($5? Pooh-pooh.)

I can't believe you guys actually have a puck tracker. That's hilarious! Do you guys also have little pop-up boxes (a la "Pop Up Video") saying, "Goal!" and "Penalty!"? First Place !

Yeah, 8pm...even in NYC, that made for some very late nights last fall w/ those ridiculous 5 hour marathon games!

Probably gonna pass on tix anyway, as that week is already crazy-busy w/ Type_A_Tiff in town.

Got a pair of Bleachers for New York Yankees 2005 Division Series Home Game 3, though I hope those tix get mailed out ASAP, because I didn't even consider the fact that the tix will be mailed to NH! FUUUUCK! I didn't want ticketfast, because if for some reason I have to sell them, no one would want to buy them. UGH!

Bumping this up again...If this is the ALDS Home Game 3, it'd have to be on 10/9, correct (if it happens at all)?? I'm seriously, seriously confused. Way too many TBDs for me!

I'm just trying to figure all this out...sort of. These tix will only be in effect IF the Yankees win the AL East, AND IF their series goes to the 5th game, when they'd return to Yankee Stadium, correct?? Any other scenario, and there would be no Home Game 3, right? This is theoretically a good thing, because I'll either a) have an extra day of wiggle room for my tix to be mailed to me from NH or b) the game won't be played and it's all moot anyway.

HELP Liotte and Plum! I need your expertise. I swear I'm not a baseball idiot, but I'm smack in the middle of a day where I am not making the most brilliant decisions...I'm at a bit of a loss!

I have the schedule in front of me. If they have home field advantage the game is on the 9th, If they don't there is no home game three, there would only be two home games,

I have a partial season so I get one game to each round, but the ticket office sent out two sets of duplicate tickets to us.

Mabel, don't worry, I was also stupid. I bought tickets to that same game (tier reserved) and alas, I am out of town in CT that weekend and can't even go. Stupid holiday weekends at the country house. So I'm going to try to trade or sell those tickets. I'm actually just hoping now that the yankees win before then and there is no game 3 at yankee stadium needing to be played so I'll get my money back.
