I never see the Cubs anymore, the same with the Braves on TBS, there was a time when 130 or more games would be on. Now its lucky if they play 50.

Congratulations. :) Now it's a battle royale between the Indians, Red Sox, and Yankees for the last 2 playoff spots. Thank goodness I can't watch these games on TV; I'd wake up everyone with my yelling.

it's tough being in ohio and having the indians on every damn day. i want them to take the wild card, so that the yanks can win the east and the sox can go home. i cringe everytime they show highlights.

See, I have the sinking feeling the Indians are the best team of the three. Not that that means they'll have the best record over the next few games. Ah, the joy/pain of small sample sizes.

It's definately going to be an interesting weekend for baseball, that's for sure.
I just hope the Indians make it.
I was really rooting for the Red Sox last year, but the media has more or less turned me against them. It seems like every time the Red Sox and Yankees play we have to deal with ESPN shouting about how this is the greatest thing ever. Yeah, they have a great rivalry, we get - but ENOUGH!
At this point, I still hope the Red Sox edge out the Yankees, but both of the teams are annoying to me.
I just hope the Indians make it.

Yeah, we are tied with Boston now.
We need to win the remaining 2 games against Boston this weekend to get first. If we each take one, we tie. If we lose both, hopefully wild card....

Yeah, if the Red Sox and Indians both win 2 of 3 this weekend it could be very exciting.
Monday: Yankees and Red Sox play for AL East.
Tuesday: Loser of Monday's game plays the Indians for the Wild Card.
Like the teams or not, that is exciting.

Yeah, ditto for me. At least I know I'll be at SB that night (I hope!), maybe I'll drink before the show at a bar and watch the game. And it will make Parent-Teacher night all the more funny!!
