Most people can't agree, but this is my breakdown:
Bears--men who are heavy, bulky, muscular, hairy, tall and/or older
Cubs--men who are heavy, bulky, muscular, hairy, short and/or younger
Otters--men who are tall, hairy, and skinny
Seals--no idea
I always feel like I'm kinda cubbish. But I don't seem to fit into that scene.

Bears are generally older, hairy and have more than a little meat on their bones.
Cubs are generally younger, hairy and have more than a little meat on their bones.
Otters can be of any age, I think. They are usally hairy and trim/fit/thin, etc.
I'm not sure what a seal is.
ETA: Yeah, what Jerby said, although I'd never seen height brought into the mix before.
I've never heard of seals, either. But don't forget polar bears.
awww how cute robbo is starting his own zoo
You have to use a bigger club on bears.
I want an animal designation for my body type group! Something cute. With sharp teeth.
