Yes, that is the band and yes they choreographed it themselves...beats the sh!t out of that Justin Timberlake crap, I think you'll agree...you MUST check this out.

I liked the spoof that Nobody's Watching did on the OK Go! video.
Oh, and I like the original video, too. It's very impressive.

Well actually one of their sister's choreographed it.
Them recreating that video live was the best part of the MTV Music Video Awards this year for sure.

The video for their song "Here It Goes Again" has them dancing on treadmills... The video of them dancing in the backyard is for the song "A Million Ways."
The link in the original post should allow you to see the video for "Here It Goes Again"... that's what I'm seeing, anyway.
