Omigosh...I remember that show. Imogene Coca was in it...and the guy from Car 54 Where Are You (the name escapes me...Joe___?)

Wasn't it called "It's About Time"...the astronauts travel back to prehistoric time...

I was little...but I remember it...

beacon1 - You are totally right. The "It's a Living" theme song was one of the best. It kind of reminds me of Marvin Hamlisch. Could be a good showtune.
