But see, I'm willing to make accommodations. If we ban smoking in restaurants (which benefits me and I like) then I'm willing to make the accommodation that smokers can smoke in bars. I don't understand this all or nothing mindset. If I want something, I'm willing to make an accommodation for it.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Why do I have to sacrifice my health to accommodate the luxury of smoking tobacco? You being able to smoke in public establishments is not a right; it's a luxury. A harmful one to those around the smokers.

i hope he's run down and killed by a citi bike. i'd light up a cigarette just to put it out in the pool of blood and brain matter that spilled onto the sidewalk when his head split open.

i'm a former smoker and the bullsh*t logic used to push the smoking band thru was just that: bullsh*t.

f*cking pansies wanna cry about smoke? don't like it? open a non-smoking establishment and see how well frequented it is. any bars that i frequent still break out the ashtrays after a certain time.

Or how about they open up brand-new establishments just for smokers? That's fine. Works for me. It's the same idea... Only flipped around.

i would applaud that, liza, but they are not allowed to. it's simply banned. which is what i do not agree with.
