Body Acne

I know this is probably gross to ask, but I have bad skin on my upper legs. It looks like acne, but I've used acne medicine and I haven't seen any results. Anyone else have anything similar? Any solutions?

I used to have acne on my upper back and my chest. Only had an occasional zit on my legs. It's not a common place. You may want to look into seeing a dermatologist. There's a chance it could actually be a rash and maybe you're allergic to something you're using.

It is too hard to make a diagnosis on a Broadway message board without a photograph. Is there any way you can post a picture so we can take more educated guesses? It kind of sounds like leprosy to me, but I can't be certain. I would stay away from anyone you like until we can make sure you are "clean".

qolbinau: I think that may be it. But there's also big red spots that look like pimples, but they're just all red. It's so weird and frustrating!

Doesn't using steroids also cause body acne?

A lot of people who brag about being ripped use steroids, which cause acne and a miniaturization of the testicles.

^ Steroids have quite the opposite effect on the female genitalia. It enlarges the clitoris.
