As a girl who was at one point a 38DD and is now a 36D (weight loss) I've gone through the gammet of breast insecurities. For the longest time it hurt just to go up and down stairs, I'd look at my friends and think "You lucky b!tches." And let's face it, big (natural) breasts are not aesthetically pleasing, they're saggy and oftentimes have stretchmarks.
So when I lost 30 pounds and suddenly found myself down a cup size you'd think I'd be happy. I could wear push-up bras, cute push-up bras. There wasn't a chance of giving myself a black eye while running.
But not so much, if anything I was more unhappy because my chest was gone.
Would I ever get plastic surgery? Probably not. Do I understand wanting to change your body and make it as great as possible? Completely.
Like someone said earlier, there's nothing wrong with breast augmentation, it's the extreme sizes that women are going to. If you have small A-cups, you probably shouldn't go bigger than a C (and even that's being generous).
