Having sat in one of those boxes there before, I'm sure the white haired guy must have asked the fat schmuck to shut-up or something close to that.

Incredible head of hair that white haired guy has -- the fat schmuck sure had a firm grip on it.

The Yahoo news story says the men are not being charged- how is that possible, some charge of some kind has got to apply here.

I work in the education department for a professional orchestra, and this brawl has been the talk of the day.

We have a Pops concert this weekend, so we joked about needing to up security, or come armed with billy clubs and brass knuckles.

my parents were sitting a few rows away from the fight. my mom said that while it was disruptive, the security at the theatre did a great job of containing it and pulling the men outside very quickly. she also said there was a videographer in the balcony, filming the show for broadcast, and that when the fight broke out, he swung his camera around to film it - that's how the video apparently circulated.
but being from boston and growing up going to pops opening night concerts, i was shocked to hear about this. i've never encountered anything like it at a show.

Mt friend went to this, and now I'm doubly sad I missed it (Ben Folds + Pops alone is enough to make me want to come, but a fight too...). All she heard was some guy really loudly shout "SLUT!". And then the fists flew.

use the www.cnn.com link (it's on their main page). i use safari, on my mac, and it played perfectly fine for me

Yay for Ben Folds + "Jesusland." I wish I had tickets to see him in KC this summer. How can you possibly want to start a fight when you could be watching Mr. Folds???

I think my favorite part is watching that guy have his shirt torn off. Brilliant.
