I'd sing "The Way We Were," but I'd hate for poor Brendan to roll over in his grave.

Since we don't have a body, we can't have a grave.

I'd sing "The Way We Were," but I'd hate for poor Brendan to roll over in his metaphorical grave.

And now Patrick Wilson walks to the front of the chapel to sing "Amazing Grace". There is a great hush in the chapel now...

Due to the solemn nature of the ceremony, Patrick has assured me that he will remain fully attired.

I thought beacs was the one that left when it was discovered Patrick wasn't stripping.

Back to your regularly scheduled memorial.

I've been sobbing throughout the service. Oh, how I miss Brendan!
And because the body hasn't been found, we're burying it empty.

Oh, the pity of it all!

When in hell are we gonna eat?

Just because Brendan is dead (maybe) and gone (probably not) doesn't mean the rest of us should perish from starvation.

How can anyone think of food when a man died (probably) because a stowaway made noise in the trunk of his car? It's almost as bad as getting killed because your friend went to buy a Slurpee. Now be serious!

Well, Jersey Girl made a casserole. I think Allie made a lasagna and I made a cake. Donuts came from somewhere, I see. Plenty to go around for the couple mourners that showed up.
