So much more gorgeous and sexy than any of us. One day he'd post a medium shot with his shirt off and his eyelids at half mast and sure enough the next day, everybody's avatar looked just like that.

You always said how lucky you were to have so many of us to show pictures of yourself to here. But it was us, baby, who were the lucky ones.

Yes---or the picture from a costume party that he tried to claim was a picture of him in a production of Rocky Horror. He made an adorable nerd.

It was just too bad he could never come up with new pictures. He must have lost track of the guy in those photos. If only we could find the guy in those photos, we might be able to see new ones!

Interestingly, I PMed Brendan about that glacier pic as he'd cropped it for his avatar and I couldn't make out what it was. So he PMed me the full pic via a photobucket link. I was going through his PMs last night to try and glean some info from them and the photo was no longer there.

I remember one day this group of rednecks came up to Brendan on the street looking for directions to Buncombe County, North Carolina. You could tell they were really freaked out. They'd obviously never seen a drop dead gorgeous man before. Not only did she, he, take them back to his place to Mapquest directions for them, he made them a snack, introduced him to the family of displaced New Orleans residents he'd taken in, took off his shirt, oiled himself up and posed for pictures with them before sending them on their way.

She, he later cropped everybody else out of the photos.

Spooky, Poppy, spooky...

Does anyone else suspect that Brendan was a creation of the Julie-Andrews-loving former poster named "Feodor Sverdlov," whose name was based on a character from Julie's movie The Tamarind Seed?

Feodor claimed to be straight and married with 2 kids. He disappeared after he claimed his Julie Andrews fan pics were erased. By whom, he never said. Other posters complained several times that when they posted, Feodor's name and avatar came up instead of theirs. This "glitch" was never explained.

Shortly after Feodor left, ConvinceMe2 arrived, claiming to be 20 years younger than Feodor, bisexual not straight but just as much a Julie Andrews fan. ConvinceMe/Brendan was also, oddly enough, a fan of Hollywood hunks from the 50s and a passionate hater of Barbra Streisand, both unlikely obsessions for a 30-something bisexual.

I always thought he was a 50-something gay man who had found a stache of handsome photos and once accused him of that. That was when he started sending me "naughty" PMs, which I always thought were designed to distract me.
