Add my name to the list of those wishing for the demise of all competition reality TV shows.

Bring back two shows that represent how wonderful shows can be when created by professional, talented screenwriters. They would be "My World and Welcome To It" and "Meeting of Minds" (although I'm afraid you'd have to bring the brilliant Steve Allen back from the dead to do it properly.)

Bring back LIFE with Damian Lewis! That show had excellent writing and it was great to see Damian on screen.

I would also like to see BOOMTOWN come back. That show only lasted a couple of episodes but I liked it.

Also THE LYON'S DEN with Rob Lowe was a good show that was short lived.

Bring Back:
1) Southland
2) Kings
3) Firefly
4) Kyle XY (Which misses your criteria by one season)
5) Noah's Arc (I loved the bad writing and even worse acting, don't judge me. :-p)

Cancel:
1) Lost
2) Every VH1 Television Show
3) American Idol
4) America's Got Talent
5) The Office (Don't Hurt Me)

Back Ups:
1) Wanda At Large
2) Tru Calling
3) Dead Like Me

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

Being back:

1. Pushing Daisies
2. Life
3. The Middleman
4. Veronica Mars, minus network interference
5. Cupid (1998 edition)

For the cancellations, I tried to actually use shows on the same networks and the same length as the cancelled ones. What? I wanted a little more challenge. :P

Cancel:

1. Private Practice
2. Heroes
3. The Secret Life of an American Teenager
4. 90210
5. Scrubs (It's dead! Stop trying to reanimate it!)

I only have one I really care about:

PUSHING DAISIES. *sigh* It sooooo deserved to be on for many many seasons. It was perfection

Oh and just cause I'm watching it right now haha- Will and Grace bring your fave shows back from the dead It was hysterical

Cancel:
Two and a Half men- I just don't get the appeal

Can we also do shows that are still on but nowhere NEAR what they were originally? I wish that the following shows would not get cancelled, but just get GREAT again like they used to be:

Grey's Anatomy (it was SO GOOD seasons 1-most of 3, but now it's just.. no)
How I Met Your Mother (to an extent- though I do still quite enjoy it)

I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

I would bring back two shows:

The Powers That Be - politcal comedy starring John Forsythe, Holland Taylor, David Hyde Pierce, Valerie Mahaffey, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Sports Night - comedy set in an ESPNish TV studio, starring Josh Charles, Peter Krause, Felicity Huffman, Joshua Malina, William Macy

I'd love to bring back some comedies from the '60s which didn't last long, but which I found enjoyable:

"The Tammy Grimes Show" with the inimitable Tammy Grimes.
"The Cara Williams Show."
"Glynis," with Glynis Johns.
"Fair Exchange."

And for the fifth, I'd love to see the return of a vintage soap opera: "Love of Life."

As far as cancellations go, I'd like to see all shows that wallow in violence and obscenities cancelled.

Bring back:
1. Pushing Daisies
2: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
3. Masters of Horror (a lot of crap, but it produced some genuinely terrifying hours of TV from some of the greats)
4. Dirt
5. Dead Like Me

Go Away:
1. Accidentally on Purpose
2. Dancing with the Stars
3. Our Little Genius (really, Fox, REALLY??)
4. For The Love of Ray J
5. Jay. Leno. Show.

Well, I only have three. But I'll share them anyway; Pushing Daisies, Wonderfalls, and Moonlight.

I can do without Glee. I mean, it's cute. I can kind of appreciate what it's trying to do. But it's by no means a groundbreaking or unique show.

I'd bring back:

1. Pushing Daisies
2. Everwood-I am convinced this got cancelled to bring back the 11th and worst season of 7th Heaven.
3. Related-It wasn't the best show around, but it was cute and I want to know what was supposed to happen after it got cancelled.

Shows that can be axed:

1. Lost-At least it will be after this season.

2. Leave it to Lamas-Not sure why I watched the first episode, but I didn't again because it was even worse than the Kardashian show.

3. Scrubs-There are only so many times you can revive a show. It would be one thing if its fate was in the air, but stop the series finale bs, and then end up bringing it back.

4. Extreme Makeover Home Edition-Every episode is the same and it got old a couple of years ago.

5. Private Practice-So they can bring Addison back to Grey's Anatomy where she belongs.

Bring back "The Class" and get rid of all of the VH1 and MTV reality shows (Along with most of the others. The Amazing Race must stay!). Also get rid of the cop show re-runs on A&E and make it a real Arts and Entertainment channel.
