So today Britney Spears released the album cover and a personal letter to her fans talking about her new album "Britney Jean." Anyone else excited for this album? Britney has been consistently turning out great dance songs for the past five years, so it's nice to see her take a different, more mature direction. Thoughts?

I prefer this one…

Here's the second single "Perfume."

and i'll be damned! She sounds like a human voice again. I guess they were right about using less autotune on this album. It's nice to hear her doing mid-tempo/ballads again.

I agree! Perfume has the potential to be huge if they promote it right.

I expected "Work Bitch" to grow on me after a while, but it has not. "Perfume" is a bit better.

I'm anticipating some good dance tracks, though, I really enjoyed the majority of "Femme Fatale".

Has she? Has she, really?

Womanizer, Circus, 3, Hold It Against Me, Till The World Ends, I Wanna Go, Scream and Shout, plus the remix of S&M. I'd say she's been consistent.

I've had a love/hate relationship with Britney since 1999. I actually think Blackout and Circus were pretty good albums. Femme Fatale was way too overproduced and robotic for my taste. I enjoy when an artist includes some ballad and mid tempos, hence why I enjoyed Circus more than Fatale.
I'm actually looking forward to the new album.
