You might want to ask Corine for restaurant recommendations.

Hey. One moment of decisiveness is all I'm allotted in a single day.

I'd seriously love to get together with some other guys who love showtunes. Count me in. Lets keep it simple. I agree with the earlier suggestion of Sweeney or Purple.

hrm...this could be interesting.

Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

"Jaily and a Bevy of Bway Bottoms"?

I hope someone's carding this group...

Oh, muffin! You're so droll :)

Don't worry...my brief foray into the land of mental kindergarten was a temporary suspension of my normal operating procedures. You know I prefer beef to veal. re: Broadway Guys' Night Out

I'll have you know I was the salutatorian of the land of mental kindergarten. I would've been valedictorian if I kissed up a little more.

Do you want to do dinner before or after the show? Here's a suggestion; we all meet for a cocktail prior to the show (maybe at Therapy on 52nd Street), go to the show, then have dinner and conversation afterward. I have not seen either Sweeney or The Color Purple, so either is fine with me (and I would add Chita to the mix as well). As for dinner, although it is touristy, if we get a lot of people, Carmine's may be a good bet for the family style servings.

The first BWW Guys Night Out started out with a dozen men, and ended with just 4 of us. We had a great time.

While I would love to go, I'm afraid I'll won't be able to.

If I did go, JailyardGuy wouldn't be able to as per court order and, knowing how badly the rest of you must want him there, I just can't do that to you. I mean, who am I to deny you all the opportunity to get date-raped and/or stalked by Mr. Guy?

Why do I feel like this "get together" will turn into a circle-jerk gay sex session?

That's why i'm not planning on going anymore. It has succeeded in gay-ing itself out and making the prospect of this thing sound sleazier than a night at The Hole.

It was a post that someone made like 6 months ago. His/her SN was outamydoodle, or something like that. she used to come on and just post random **** - but it ALWAYS made me hysterically laugh.

Of course, people don't have a sense of humour on here, so she was probably banned or something - but I found her endlessly amusing.

Looks like I can't make it, after all...I'm playing in Lincoln Center on the 16th, and I'm performing at a private event at Henri Bendel on the 17th and 18th.

Andy, you're a f*cking little bastard. Really, get over it.
