I flew 2900 miles to see Hugh Jackman in The Boy From Oz.

(And I really like Mamma Mia!)

Even though I have a Brooklyn avatar I've never seen it.

(there's 2 things in that sentence to be embarresed about)

I really like some Wildhorn music. It's very thrilling.

I love The Light in the Piazza, but I thought it dragged a little bit.

I'm not embarassed to share ANYTHING. Something that I get negative vibes for, though, is my love for PETER PAN and SEUSSICAL. Shows perceived as "kiddie" shows but are really for adults.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

That's ironic. The show my community did last year was Seussical, and this year it's Peter Pan.

I don't know much about Peter Pan (I'm auditioning for Tiger Lily, though), but I love Seussical as well.

I've only seen RENT on Broadway one time.

I had a phase where everyday afterschool I would come home and sing along to my Wicked CD while I did my homework. Embarassing, indeed.

I listen to the In My Life sampler sometimes, just for fun.

Until I started coming to BWW, I thought Andrew Lloyd Webber wrote Les Miz.

I can say the same for Miss Saigon. re: Broadway related things you are embarassed to admit.

I sing "Defying Gravity" and "Don't Cry for Me Argentina" at the top of my lungs in the car and in the mirror, despite my dislike of Wicked and the fact I can't hit half of the notes.

Due to the shows my parents have taken me to see throughout the years, I don't know much at all about many of the non-"big name" shows, save Chess and a couple others.

I still love Wicked. It remains one of my favorite shows.

I don't talk about it a lot, but I am a big ol teen girl fan.

Go head, shoot me.

I can't do my math homework (yes, just math) without some Broadway tunes playing. I can't concentrate without it.

I love, love, love the musical score for Lestat. It's actually one of my favorites.

Notice how I didn't mention the script or lyrics.

wait, not really embrassed since he never really taught us anything and I hated teh professor.

(I really can't think of anything that i am embrassed about. I am quite happy with all my crazy weirdness.)

I love Mamma Mia and Wildhorn.

I simply can't get into The Light in the Piazza, no matter how hard I try.

8- 11 I used to LOVE Annie. It was before the internet, because of course now, I would totally be finding all sorts of useless info on it. I am still sentimenttal about it, though.:)

The only show I have sen on Broadway is the Secret Garden. I won a contest, and the organizers at the last minute, realized they had promised us winners a show, and that was what they could get us intto. It was ok, but boring.

The first time I met Anthony Rapp (after a performance of Feeling Electric), I had no idea he was Mark in Rent.I was praising him on how much I loved his role in Adventures in Babysitting.

I subsequently made up for that when I met him again on his book signing tour where he remembered that first meeting.
