I have table salt, kosher salt and sea salt. I'm not sure which I should be using.

While we're talking about salt. I bought two salt packages from Peru salt mines. Wasn't really planning on using them. Now the packages have become hard, I guess from moisture. Anybody know how to fix this? Or just throw it away. Real salt story!

I've heard the term salty used as an adjective. But this is the first I've heard salt used as a noun for dirt. I like it.

pro-tip. Sprinkle your salt from high up. It seasons your food more evenly. The "Salt Bae" guy wasn't just doing it for show.
