Bush Farewell Speech Tonight

If any of you record Thursday night shows, you might want to extend the recording time by 15 minutes. President Bush is giving his farewell speech tonight.

"The final speech, running 12 to 15 minutes, will be at 8 p.m. EST Thursday."

On another note:
It's kind of just now hitting me that in less than a week... we will have a President I actually LIKE... and WANT to support... and have FAITH in!!! This is so amazing! haha. Granted I was around for the Clinton years too, but I was so young I really don't remember them. So this is just.. really special for me, to know that very soon I am about to have a President I not only don't HATE, but I actually really really like. *sigh*

(and on a less self-centered not, in less than a week we'll finally have a President who will work to start getting the country back on its feet again, rather than digging us into a deeper hole!!)

My Tivo doesn't know. You have to "change recording options" and tell it to start x minutes early and/or record x minutes longer.

If you can't make it home in time to change your DVR setting, you can watch what you missed on ABC's website.

I'm looking forward to popping open a bottle of champagne in celebration of Bush's farewell speech!

Now my DVR doesn't want to record The Office, 30 Rock, and Grey's Anatomy because of the overlap! Get out of my life Bush! Stay out of my living room!
