G'morning.

Yesterday was just a lost cause -- so tired from our trip home the day before, and Max was just clinging to me all day, he just would not let me out of his sight.

Our flight was an hour and a half late leaving L.A. due to weather delays on this coast, and then mid-flight we learned of the crash at LaGuardia (thanks to DirectTV and CNN), which caused us to be diverted to Providence and then back to JFK. We finally landed around 8:30pm and got home around 10:00. Max had been dropped off a few minutes earlier and was beyond excited to see us. We had him groomed while we were away -- JESUS! He's been shaved almost down to the skin! The poor little thing looks like an embarrassed over-grown chihuahua ( although in the heat I'm sure he's a bit more comfortable. )

It was great seeing DD in Seattle ( and I have an idea about your comedy... ), and YWiW, Diva and Bouche in L.A. Bouche looks great, the rock IS impressive, and she seems to be happy and relatively well-adjusted. She still wasted no time telling us where she's registered, though. Some things will never change.

I reached out to Q, but did not hear back from him.

Now on to rewrites/adjustments for Lane's show.

Morning peeps! Sorry to hear of your nightmare travels Deet. At least you're home safe and sound. Max's hair will grow back before you know it. It's good to have them shaved down in this weather. Although they look weird to us I believe they're more happy being cooler. I'm glad Shira is finally happy. We all deserve happiness in life.

Morning peeps! What a loverly morning! I actually walked from the Port Authority without breaking a sweat!

After 4 days of reaching out to 3 different contacts, my attorney came through with my property survey. Now I can finally move forward with getting a generator. *fingers crossed* my town approves it and my gas meter doesn't have to be updated (more $$$). I'm pushing to have it done by the end of September.

Happy Thursday Adults.

Yesterday was crown removal, cavity treatment, and temporary crown placement.

My work computer is still in migration hell moving from PST folders to a vault set up.

Mom is talking about taking a family cruise down the Mississippi. Still not sure.

But, it is almost the weekend.

Somms, obviously she was more in an uproar about it than I was. We'd already been outside for about a half hour or so, when I thought about posting it. I was too busy catching up with some folks I ran into that I hadn't seen in a while.
