G'morning.

Our "Holiday Gathering" will be at next Thursday's department meeting. We bring our own. No booze.

And did I mention that it will be while we're discussing (still) yesterday's presentation by the GD Curriculum Committee?

Which didn't go so well...

This one is writing itself!

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

I'm off today. It was supposed to be a day for appointments and getting things done, but, I've been sick for 2 days so it's likely going to be another frustrating non-productive day at home.

I missed my concert Wednesday night, too.

I do have an appointment at 10am to look at a possible place to live during my renovations. Right now I just want to pull the covers over my head and make everything go away.

But, other than that, happy Friday to all. I so wish it was last weekend!

ps - I wonder if I can start a campaign to ask strangers to give me money for my renovation? I deserve to have nice things, right? Me,me, me, me, meeeeeeeee!

Our Department party is tonight -- dinner, with beer and wine. NOT GOING!
Our Division party is next Tuesday -- desserts during lunch. HELL YEAH!
Our Office party is the following Friday -- Pizza at lunch with a Wacky gift exchange. GOING!

I do a team pizza lunch with a wacky gift exhcange for my team, too.

We call it the Winona Ryder gift swap - because you can steal a gift from someone.
