I just avoid the 405 certain times of the day... it makes becoming a shut-in that much easier.

Traffic was particularly nasty today to and from work.

The weather man said it's going to be in the 40's here today...I'm still waiting. Hopefully it will melt some of the snow in my back yard which is inhibiting Joop from doing her business back there. She won't even walk on the snow. There's not even a patch of grass for her to sniff...poor puppy.

You need to point out to her that her breed was made for transversing the snowy mountain region of Japan. New Jersey should be no problem for her.

I took Lake Shore Drive this morning, such a pleasant route. I took the afternoon off yesterday after court in the burbs!

BB, when it snows the dog does his business on the walk leading to the alley.

Moony, everything with Joop is done with puppy steps...I mean I finally taught her how to walk up the puppy steps I bought for her to get on and off the couch. She is a champ at it now...she runs up and down them like crazy. I figured if she doesn't want to go in the snow better for me because then I'd have to step in it too...not so much fun when you're in your slippers
