Posted: 7/12/10 at 2:02pmDid I mention that I spent the day with 3 collies yesterday? They are beautiful. I learned there are different coats they all sport and are called. The was a "Tri" which had diffent colors in it. A "Blue" you can figure that out and a "sable" which looked more blond to me if you ask. Very pretty dogs, but lots of hair!

Posted: 7/12/10 at 2:39pmWe had Sable Shelties - the 'mini-me' Collies. "Lots of hair" doesn't begin to describe! They have two full coats - an undercoat of thick, wool-like fur, and then the over-coat of LONG hair. It is literally everywhere all the time.

My condolences to your family, Tink.
We're getting ready to leave London for Southampton now. I love this city, and it was so special to share it with my sister. I'm very lucky to have a sibling like her; I won in the Family/Framily lottery. 
Boat sails at 5:00 GMT. J2 and I are beyond excited.
ETA: Just heard on the TV: "You know I can't concentrate without cake." I don't know why, but I thought of you, Moony!
