Well, the Hershey Bar I'm talkin' about was one of those humongous things that cost like 200 bucks! (Only to be outdone by the dental bills!!!)
There was nuthin "discreet" about that mega-slab o' chocolate!

Not popcorn!!!! Usually gummie worms.
I am from the school that there is nothing consumed in the theatre, but it has become the norm. I took my niece to Gypsy in NY and she was snacking on Lemon Drops, I wanted to kill her. (She bought them in the lobby.)
Gummy worms make an excellent choice!
Brd -- I'm also from that school. Only once did I snack on candy. I was in the back of the balcony of Beauty and the Beast. Surrounded by unruly chilren. I didn't make too much noise though. Promise.

Hi Harris! How are the cows?
there fab as always, they now sometimes play barbies with ms. p son
Oh hey Harris! Your post got lost.
I had some ice cream for dessert. It was yummy. I was going to have the rest of my mac&cheese for my late night snack, but now I'm all scrubbed and brushed and ready for bed.
On that note, good night everyone. I'm going to watch Law and Order and conk out.
Say "goodnight," Gracie! Oh, you already did.
Eating candy in the theatre is fine...as long as it is BEFORE the show begins or during INTERMISSION. Once the show is in progress, PAY ATTENTION!!! That's my opinion.
During the entire first act of DRS once, a girl behind me was eating trail mix from one of those hard cellophane bags. It crinkled in my ear throughout the entire act. How rude!

A girl tried to do that behind me the other day at LES MIZ, and I turned around and very forcefully asked her to stop. She did. Then her mother tried to give me attitude when it was over, and I told her the apple didn't fall far from the tree - which probably didn't branch much, either.

I shot around immediately after the lights came up at intermission and said, "WOULD YOU PLEASE STOP EATING THAT! IT'S LOUD AND DISTRACTING!"
I will give her credit though because she looked REALLY embarrassed and didn't make a peep for the rest of the evening. I truly think that some people just don't have a clue...not that it excuses them though.
Do you leave for home tomorrow, DG?
during the last show I SMd, a guy got on his cell phone during Act 1. Mind you, it's a very small, intimate theater, 40/45 people max. During intermission, a friend of mine that was sitting next to him turned to him and asked him, loudly, "Did you finish your conversation?"
DD! DD! DD!
I have to go to bed now, but I miss you so much I don't want to leave!!!
XOXOXO
Penny

Are those fat free milk shakes, Harris? If so, I'll take one! I'm having my fruit cup now but the milk shake will wash it down nicely.
So how is everyone today? I've got some major family problems that have been keeping me awake but I think I made up for it last night. I slept from 8:30 to 5 this morning!
*hugs Girly*
Hey, babydoll. Still in my funk, but thought I'd check in real quick.
Hey Harris and Mamie. Mamie, I hear ya on the family stuff. Reference above funk I'm in.

"Families. Can't live with em'. Can't shoot em'!"
Actually I think that's exactly what's going to happen. (The living with, not the shooting). ....takes a deep breath
I just finished a double cappucino. Do you think it's enough to keep me alert for work? I DOUBT IT! (Isn't that what shock treatments are for?)
Have a lovely day, everyone!
