Actually, I don't think it does much for me, either. I just like it. I can drink a pot of it at night (I don't) and have no problem sleeping.

I played volleyball last night, but I was dragging. It looked like I hadn't played in a month.

But, I do get to leave work a little early today to go to Orlando and visit my Grandmom, who's visiting my aunt and uncle. Another wild and crazy weekend.
