My friend and I have been trying to figure out the name of this song since the beginning of the semester, and we still have yet to find it.
We called 103.5 KTU last night and Bartel wasn't much help, he suggested it was in Jock Jams, but we couldn't find it.
It is a techno/dance song from the 90s and, to our knowledge, has no lyrics.
Here is how it goes:
dun dun dun dun-da dun dun dun-da-dun-da
dun dun dun dun-da dun dun dun-da-dun-da
It sounds a LOT like the track that is under The Outhere Brother's "Boom Boom Boom" here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_olk-R3KYUc
And it is not Sandstorm. Any help would be appreciated

dun dun dun dun-da-DUN dun dun dun-da-dun-da
Sorry.

Me too, Joe. One of those dums has me stumped!
Yea we already got that song, but that wasn't what we wanted. Thanks though.
This is the twilight zone, right?

Wow! I never would have come up with that song from your initial description!
I was gonna suggest Blue.
What the hell, I'll post it anyway. It's a fun song.
Blue
Haha me either Mom, but how else can you describe a song you have no idea what it is? If you follow my "dun"s and "da"s they kind of match up.
And Blue is a great song Taz

maybe you guys can help me as well. It was a song from last summer and the only line i remember is "you look like his girlfriend..."
Somebody told me
That you had a boyfriend
Who looked like a girlfriend
That I had in February of last year
It's not confidential
I've got potential
That one? I have absolutely no idea what it means, but it's "Somebody Told Me" by the Killers.
My first thought was Rofo's Theme. Anyone else remember that club favorite? It was huge in the gay circuit late 80s/early 90s.
Rofo's Theme
I was reading the initial post and saying the dun dun duns outloud and I swear I came up with the I Like To Move It. I should have opened this when it was originally posted.
