I thought it was striped.
Hep, if I don't get my electricity back soon I'm gonna buy those night goggles...I hate going to sleep at 8 p.m.
Morning peeps!
Mornin'
I could use some soldiers in my coffee today
How about a few auto-corrected dollars too, Boobs?
Morning.
Office still under water so day 3 of working from home. Stir craziness has hit an all time high! lol
Big hugs for Boobs and Tink. I feel your pain. I will never again underestimate the power of a warm shower.
LMAO@Deet!
SOMMSY, I can use all the hugs I can get. I am not having fun yet!
I'm blessed that I have power, so I cannot complain. well I can, but ya know.
We are just waiting for FEMA to officially call my work's town a disaster area. At this point they are saying maybe mid next week it will be safe to go back. Everyone mostly can work from home so the admin side of things goes on, but we have so much in our warehouse need to get out and ship. So today is major brainstorm sessions.
My brother has been out non stop on the boat doing evacuations and other stuff with his volunteer fire department since Sat. He may drive me beyond crazy some days, but on others I am incredibly proud.
Hilo, kids.
Wish I could help you peeps out!

Tink's brother sounds like the epitome of "good people".
Happy Hump Day Adults. Here's hoping power is restored for those still without.
Tinky, just a little question. Has your company thought about moving to higher grounds?
It might be crossing their mind soon. My former owners owned the building so it made the most sense, but now they are just our landlords so it might happen.
Brother Tink is a jekyll/hyde situation. he has absolutely no sense of personal responsibility (holding down jobs/paying bills/etc) but his sense of civil responsibility is beyond grasp. He has been out for pretty much any major thing for the past 15 years. floods, blizzards, 9/11, hurricanes, fires, EMS scenes, etc. He'll work for days straight with no sleep and never complain. but get him to hold a job that he works more than 2 days at? Never.
It would make sense now Tinky for them to move. They can lose more money by staying there with the weather conditions we've been experiencing.
Hopefully Bro Tinky will get some rest.
"Brotinky" sounds like a fantastic new adjective!
What do you think of my new haircut?
Girl, you better get your money back! Your head is all brotinky.

Here's hoping we keep our internet connection throughout the day. It's like working in a third world country this week.
