Thanks, Miss P. Definitely going. I think I'm getting over the worst of it between yesterday and today. I also seem to manage to ward off the symptoms when I'm up and about. And give in to them when I've got nothing going on. It's always worse at night. Why can't I be one of those people that sneezes a few times and then they're done?

This has been an unexpectedly sad day. We knew Mr. Newman was headed home to be there at the end, so it really isn't like it was a surprise. But, I still feel like a bit of my heart left today. I only hope that he got to experience all he wanted to, and that his family and friends (especially his life's love, Joanne) helped him along his final path in peace and without pain.

Some things come along that remind you that time really is passing. This was one of them for me, and it hurt.
