No word from Pip yet. It's been a little distracting today, with that always lurking in my mind. It makes my heart heavy to think of what Pip is experiencing - and, of course, I can only hope that Glitz will prove strong.
Life is seemingly so tenuous at times. One really needs to always be thankful for every moment experienced.

Thought about them the whole commute home.
DD, you need to do something similar to what I do. Whenever I get tickets for something, I have a spot on a shelf in the kitchen where they go. I write the date and time on the outside of the envelope for quick viewing. Voila, tickets are always right where I can find them.

I keep one of those book-like calendar planners. There are 2 pages set aside for each week. I write in the show I'm seeing on the right day, circle it 3 times in bright red, and then clip the tickets to the page. I always keep it open, on my desk, right in front of me when I'm at the PC.
.... and I still forget to go sometimes.

I usually keep them in the same spot. I bought them in a hurry, and had them in the car. I remember it was a busy day, and I pretty much remember thinking to myself I had to put them in a place I wouldn't forget where they were. I'm going to tear up my apt. this weekend looking for them.

DG, I've been thinking about them also. Good thoughts and prayers being said. It's one of those times when you realize how important it is to stop and think about your priorities in life.
And it's also made me very aware of the unique and special bond we all have. What a blessing.

As many of you know, the Adult Thread is my home away from home and I wanted to be sure to post my "thank you" here, too, so it didn't get buried.
You people are just amazing... To "surface" observers BWW could be seen as one big drama after another with every sort of angst at play on almost every thread. What they'd miss, though, is the loving and caring spirit of the community here. It is incredibly humbling to find myself in need of the support that you've sent and incredibly energizing to feel that support.
As I posted on the Pip and Glitz thread, we think he's turned a corner and I know your prayers helped make that possible. I know that friends don't expect thanks for helping friends...but I want to attempt it anyway. Thanks from every fiber of my being and thanks from Glitz, too, until he can say it himself!

Ok... so, I had a chat with St. Anthony last night. He scolded me for not staying in touch... anyway, today I was looking for a CD in my car, and opened the 'drawer' where I keep them, which was the first place I thoroughly checked before. And guess what? The tickets were there. Go figure!
