You dont have to talk about it, but why nervous? You audition regularly...that is more nerve racking.

Nervous because I really want it. And because I desperately need a real job with a real paycheck, and I think I could really love this job.
And I don't find auditioning all that nerve wracking as a general rule.

Posted: 6/15/06 at 3:19pmMy review is at 2:00. The thing here is, I have two positions here currently. We need an administrative manager now (because of growth) and a facilities manager. I do admin and facilities - and really love the facilities stuff. I have to communicate this to the manager doing my review - and then they are going to create a full time facilities position for me in the new budget. So that is the story there.
