Moony - I haven't seen you comment on the most irritating songs thread yet.....
Hey, is tonight a new episode of "Revenge" or a repeat?

Yeah, I had to take a break for ashes.
Boobs - I opened an Ancestry.com account last year and I can spend hours following the "hints". It's really fascinating. I can't wait for the 1940 U.S. Cenus to be released next month. I'm searching for the fate of two great-grandmothers.
Tink - how did I not see that thread? Should i?
lol, why not!
I don't think it airs at all tonight - not even a repeat, Boobs.

I did!
Yeah, no Revenege. What a bummer. I may replay last week's episode.
There's a special 20/20 having to do with the Oscar's.
I was looking at Ancestry a couple months ago when a cousin found some info on my paternal grandmother who I'd had no info other than her name. They wanted to charge me. It was almost time to head to bed, so I didn't go any further, and haven't gotten back to it. Is there a free version, or is it a monthly charge or what?

Thanks guys. I guess that gives me more time to upload family photos on Ancestry
Girly, I believe there is a 14 day free trial.

Girly - I got a membership (once a year fee) and it was SO worth every penny. Last month I upgraded to an international membership because i got to the point where I had to dig into Canadian records. I'm glad I upgraded.
Back to last page - yeah, Papa may drive me crazy - but I have great respect for his commitment to his faith, and for the charity and grace he has shown others through his faith.
Papa always gives up something very meaningful to him. Before Twitter/Facebook et al, he posted his journey through lent here. I remember the agony of Scotch, the inhumanity of beer and now technology. Poor papi.

Then there was the year he posted the scripture reading of the day throughout Lent - and got pillaried for it. Damned if he didn't do it again the next year. He's like the Honey Badger in that respect.

Are any of you related to Papa? It seems that some you "old" BWW posters are related to each other. (Pennywise and Mame)(Addy and I - former in-laws)
I should be giving up eating like a hog for Lent!

If you're referring to the old BWW family tree, I think he's my son and he's married to Boobs. Not that he ever remembers me on Mother's Day.

There are a lot of lost "adults" on that thread - Undi, Cookie, BWS, I could go on!

I can't find Boobs on there! And you gotta love that Ree married Woo and they begat Namo.
Boobs is on the Yenta family tree.
Mornin'
Good morning kids. Off to another day of meetings. This has got to stop.

I'm allergic to meetings. Probably because I'm ADD and lose interest in what idiots have to say after a few minutes.
Morning peeps! I was driving into work at 6 a.m. and glanced at the weather outside and smiled when it read 50 degrees! It's the small things in life that make me happy.

It's going up to 70 here today. I'm planning to escape early today and go for a nice, long walk in the sunshine. Back to winter on Sunday.
