I finally figured out a "6 degrees of seperation" to Cheyenne to fit in with all of you. Cheyenne tweeted last night that he is good friends with one of the chicks from "The Voice". She happens to be very good friends with my ex as well. i finally have a link, lol. yeah, we can see how exciting my life is that these are the things that pop into my head.

I know better than to get on a scale, but DAYUMMMM!

How can my clothes be getter looser, but that f#@*ing scale not budging?

And don't tell me I'm building muscle because clearly I'm not.

The solution is to not get on the scale again.

And go shopping for new clothes.

Girly - that's my favorite part of the show!!!! lol. But i'm an evil person. Are Blind auditions over now? I'm getting sick of seeing the same outfits lol.

D2 - I'm sorry the scale isn't budging, but as long as the clothes are getting looser, go with it! lol. But I like your solutions too!

I need to join you, Deet. I had two piles of clothes on the floor yesterday -- laundry and dry cleaners. I'm now the owner of a Merlino wool sweater that will fit a two year old. Sigh. It was my favorite, too.

I've been feasting all weekend so there's no way that I'm getting on a scale anytime soon. It'll just make me depressed, which will make me eat.

I think next week might be the end of the blind auditions. They each need 12 people on their teams. If they had hit that last night, I'm sure it would've been a big happy dance.

I just checked the site and all four need two more people to fill up their team.

I have Smash on my Tivo, but have not watched any yet. I usually end up doing about 3-4 in a sitting...

Short week - hopefully we have a big old King Cake waiting for us at the office. One of the law firms we use sends us one each year.

Pretty quiet weekend.

Have not had a chance to see SMASH, C16 was watching it last night!

I enjoyed the 2.5 day weekend, worked 1/2 day on Monday!

Moony - major fall out - half of our kids did NOT get into the school they wanted! C13 - no problem! We should find out about selective public schools this week. Highly unlikely! So much competition.

They're making a lot of changes and improvements in a bid to get a 2nd Michelin star.

I'm going Thursday night, but just for drinks with my cousin BD. You met him at my mom's memorial, he came with my (then) 93 year old aunt. She's 96 now, God bless her.

I just put Equal in my tea to balance off the FIVE slices of king cake I just ate. Yup, it's a trade off.

Brd - our accpetance letters are going out today. We're a little nervous about enrollment, due to the economy. Will C13 be joining his sister?

Deet - I was thinking about your aunt the other day and hoping she was/is still doing well. Amazing woman!
