vm - it's only noon where DD is
Hello all - Just returned from seeing Little Miss Sunshine. I laughed so hard I cried! Great movie...see it if you get a chance. Great acting and really funny. I want to see it again.

Hi, addict I actually do want to see that - is there any reason not to wait for it on DVD? I abhor the movie-going experience these days (the audience drives me nuts!) so I wait to see it at home unless I think it will seriously diminish the experience.

Oh, sorry, it doesn't give his location in his profile. I do check those things before posting anything to do with time, though.

Cool, a guy from my school moved to Seattle. Where are the rest of the news team from? Can I be the Irish, Aviation and Catholic affairs correspondent?
DG - Probably it wouldn't matter. There were not many people in the theater this afternoon but it was fun hearing all the laughter! The only thing is I'm not sure you want to wait that long to laugh sooo much. Your choice though.
Addict..just yesterday someone at work told me I had to see it. He said it's dark, but funny.
vm..that job is all yours.

A smiling face for you, Boobsy
Boobs - I heard that also but you know I don't think that I would call it dark but it is definitely a disfunctional family but whose isn't. It is also very hearwarming!

Addict - I'm used to being 'behind the times'!
Thanks DG...and i'm sending you a big HUG.
vm...I can't wait to see Billy Elliot on stage. I have the Cast Recording from London and love it !!!!

I saw it for the first time on the 16th of February this year. Saw Travis Yates. Loved it so much, I was back on the 28th to see it again! I saw Liam Mower that time. I had booked the second tickets within 48 hours of seeing it the first time! I love it, you guys are in for a treat. Where are you sitting?

Boobs, glad you're enjoying the 'Billy Elliot' recording. I'm interested to hear what you think to the stage show, GfG. I really didn't like it but I know I'm in the minority. Try to see 'Sunday In The Park' while you're there. Stunning production.

You didn't like it? Fair enough, if you can tell me why.

Lots of reasons, really, vm. Here's a link to a post I made recently on the West End Board. Like I've said so many times, vm, I know this show is extremely popular so I know my comments are in the minority.

Great, but where's the link?

Hehe...should have added that as well as obviously having no taste as far as stage musicals are concerned, I've also got an appalling memory...

Actually, not only have you seen this already, vml, you posted on there, too.

Oops, sorry, yes to bad memory, no to bad taste.

The show does have great energy, though. I'm sure you'll love it GfG.

Well, we can agree on that. Would you also agree that the boys in it haveincredible talent?
Broadway Legend Joined: 7/12/04
Absolutely. I thought Liam was a wonderful dancer. The older/younger Billy moment was just gorgeous (my favourite moment in the show, actually).
