Popping in for a second to wave hello to the adults!

Today is going to be insane at work. Our phone system was down yesterday for about 6 hours so we are playing catch up. In addition to that, the Florida office is closing due to Ernesto so we are expecting double the workload today.

Oh well, 5 days off after today and 4 of them are in NYC.

I think we are going to run over to Rent on Saturday. The blissful train wreck that was In My Life left me wanting to see Christopher J. Hanke in a roll with a tad more substance that JT.

The Lt. of Inishmore is a distinct possibility as well, with [title of show] a dark horse if we want to cram in a lot of shows.

All of those are closing (and Hanke is leaving) before my trip on the week of Thanksgiving, so even though there are things that I might want to see a bit more I figure it makes more since to focus on those few.

I just checked my Blockbuster queue to see what had been shipped. Yesterday, they received both movies I sent back on Monday, but have only shipped out one new movie to me instead of two. Why? 99% of the movies in my queue are "available now".

Because they can save money by not sending them to you quickly enough. I think there were a lot of complaints about Netflix about the very same thing.

Good morning, All! "Spelling Bee" was a lot fun last night. I can report that the producers have done a terrific job in casting the Touring show and everything is in good shape. Jennifer Simard (Rona), Sarah Stiles (Logainne), and Katie Boren (Marcy) were all associated with the Broadway "Bee" and all the other newcomers to the show were excellent.

YWIW - They have the guy and he is an Afganistan transplant. The news today says he just got back from an arranged marriage in that country and did not seem the same upon return. Pretty scary - he actually started mowing people down in the east bay before he got to San Francisco. 15 victims in total - 1 fatality. Pretty scary indeed.

Boobs - not sure HOW the mailman got that stack in my mail box yesterday - was a wonderful surprise!

I hope you enjoy it BEB. just a couple of my favorites. the 1st one has been my favorite since I was a mere little boob. Drove my Mom nuts by playing it over and over....she was very happy when my cousin who was 6 months older than me stepped on it and cracked it....of course I cried until she had no choice but to replace it.
