Miss P, I guess they don't want to give me wrong advice or info. Sometimes, after the ultrasound, they can get a good idea, but they also have to do a biopsy to figure out what exactly is going on.

Poor Zorra was hiding in the closet when I came home, and came out once she saw Stoli.

I really don't have much of a choice - so I am trying to just be calm and not think the worst.

And, my kitties send their love to George and Des SP, thanks.

Okay, it's obvious that Washington Mutual loves me. And can read my mind. They sent me my replacement credit card (for my lost/stolen wallet) super speedy. AND it's pink! Not only is it bright pink, but it's sparkly too!

There was nothing wrong with the red, semi-translucent card I had (besides it disappearing), but this is even better. :dork:

Little Sir is now acting out XANADU with his Barbies. He recited the entire "Evil Woman" intro from memory. It's adorable! That little voice going, "Sister, sister, you are such a, a...what's the expression I'm looking for?" "EE-EEVIL WOMAN!"

Here's an exchange I had with a friend I've known since the first grade. It's just way too... much not to share.


"S: C and I haven't spoken since May, though we continue to live in the same house...

Me: That must be... awkward. What happened?

S: well, she might argue that this isn't exactly the case, but she got [urinated] off at me when I let this girl that [insert name] and I had previously slept with come home and sleep on our couch, because she was drunk, just failed a pregnancy test, and was fighting with one of the boys she thought might be the father.

S: (sound [insert location] enough for you?)

S: anyway, C has been prone to freaking out on me and getting pissed off for random reasons ever since we moved here, typically involving her jealousy regarding [insert name], and other 3rd parties that I invite home.

S: C hasn't been one of those 3rd parties in a long while because she tends to flip out and get crazy (making catty comments about [insert name], hitting on him when I'm not around, and otherwise insinuating [synonym for feces] i know isn't going on)

S: and so it seems that she blames ME for her involvement in our little sexcapades...(when of course she retains her free will)

S: and somehow she thinks its my fault that she gave [insert slang term for oral sex] to [insert different name]...though, honestly, i don't recall telling her to do it, much less advise it...

S: ah...also, i made pot brownies one day. i made her some non-altered ones as well, and made sure she knew which was which...for some reason this is second only to murder..."

As I finished reading this, all I could think was, "We've... grown apart."

I just keep reading it over and over again and it never ceases to be amusing.
