LOL! For tonight anyway.

Are you kidding? They will NEVER forget that you did this for them. I'm serious.
When the Jonas Brothers are doing their big reunion tour in 20 years, the girls will be thinking of you when they secretly want to go.
Totally OT on the OT Board, the wee one is now doing much better. The down side, a bit more hissing and swipes from Zorra. But boy, am I relieved.
I came out of the shower, and he was there, and walked in and started playing in the shower - what a silly cat!
That's great news, YWIW!
I guess Sidney will be officially adopted pretty soon, eh?
Yes, Cobalt S. Alexander will officially be mine.
The rescue folks were pretty amazing - gave me free medicine and some food supplements, and I go back next week for his next set of shots. I made a donation because I was about to go to the Vet.
They have been wonderful.
I'm so glad you gave him the middle initial "S" for Sidney!
(I know it's for Stoli. Don't worry.)
Excellent name, YWIW. Very fitting.
Yay for Cobalt!!!
What a wonderful evening. Had a great time at Crazy For You, great production, and my friend that was playing Bobby Child did an excellent job; and got home just in time to catch the Phelps final. I literally turned on the tv as I came in the door and it was starting.
So, I woke up this morning, and what did I see...
Zorra has that look of waking up and saying "who in the hell did I sleep with last night" but it still brought a huge smile to my face.
So cute! That's great, YWIW. It took my first dog, Casey, about a month to accept the new puppy.
I did get a little teary the first time I saw them playing together.
Girly, you're now a legend!
Mornin'.
Hey Tiff!
Awww. That photo is so fabulous! Look at that smile on Sidney's face!!!
Cobalt is offended that you would call him by such a girly name!

Okay. I'll just call him "Sid."
Or you could always call him by his name.
*sits in the corner and sips her coffee*
I hope when they do their "20 year Reunion Tour", the girls actually go and not just think about it, Amber!! That's almost as much fun as the first time.
YWIW, that pic is hilarious with your caption!
Shamey, you're not anywhere near Fay, right?

Well, it's not close yet, but it could turn and head for us. We'll definitely get some wind and rain.
But, it's just a tropical storm. No need to worry yet.
I think when people give you a special nickname it's an honor. We have a friend who calls my daughter "Shortie Little" and she loves it. I mean, it's not like someone is calling her "Dumb Ass" or something nasty. How is that coffee, Shamey?
It's great, Miss P!
And, I agree, as long as the person likes the nickname. I've been given many nicknames and some I've like more than others. But, some of the ones I haven't liked, I totally derserved.
Batten down the hatches!

My coffee is great, too!
Speaking of nicknames, I just started thinking about ones that I have had over the years. They include Kaleidoscope, Nipper, Queenie and Tina. They all have special meaning and when anyone refers to me by any of those names, I respond positively. It means I have a special connection with that person.
You may call me any of those names if you wish.
Well Cobalt really prefers being called "Muss" as a nickname. He claims to have watched Sid and Nancy, and cannot get the nasal screaming "Siiiiid" out of his wee little head.
Oooh. Yeah, I can understand why someone would prefer not to be associated with Sid Vicious...or Sid Luft!
"Muss" will always link to Paul Newman, so it has positive connotations.
Hmmm, decisions, decisions. Queenie jumps out at me, but I can't call you that not knowing the story behind it.
The nickname used most often for me isn't even really a nickname. It's just something that people pick up on if they spend enough time with me, especially if my family is there too.
"Queenie" is a nickname from my childhood. (So is "Harry.") My brother gave me that name because my mother set my room up to be like a "princess suite." There was a crown over the bed with curtains that draped out on the wall behind the bed. There was a throne-like chair in there and everything!
Harry and Queenie are the two nicknames that have been with me since I was a child. I'm getting a little teary now.
