Christy will be 12 in November. She's a 'smaller' breed, so she's really 'winding down'. We already lost our little boy (about a year ago) which is making me cry again just thinking about it.

Jesus, how have I survived this long?!?!? I am WAY to emotionally responsive to life!

DG, I lost a dog that I loved over 5 years ago and I still cry over the damn thing. He was not old but got sick with an autoimmune disease and died very quickly.
